When it comes to sleeping well and keeping your circadian rhythm happy, timing is perhaps the single greatest factor we need to consider. On today’s episode of Gut Check Radio, we talk about how getting your sleep right can help you take that next step towards healing your thyroid, and how getting your timing right can help you do just that. I share four simple but powerful tips that you can start using TONIGHT that can help you start seeing improvements in your sleep, and ultimately in your hormonal regulation. We talk about getting enough sun in the morning, darkness in the evening, sleeping at the right temperatures, and keeping all of these things consistent. Also, just as importantly, I make sure to touch on what we should and should not be doing in our beds, so make sure to stay tuned for that.
