On today’s episode of Gut Check Radio, we sit down and face one of the only fears that nearly all of us have in common: trying new things. Specifically, we talk about trying new foods that we’ve never bought, cooked, ordered, or tasted before, and why doing so can be a really good idea when trying to fortify your gut health. I breakdown some of the biggest reasons that I think we are all so resistant to eating in a way that can bring so many benefits, including the important elements of taste, convenience, and cost of our nutritional habits. Lastly, I address those of you listeners who often find their own bodies reacting poorly almost everytime a new food is introduced, and I leave everyone with a simple but effective (and maybe even fun?) call-to-action that can make a big difference in your gut health.
