Is offering MORE really the best strategy?

This comes as a response to a G4 GUITAR teacher video message. I have noticed some teachers are offering 'more' by way of extra classes to  students at no extra cost. This is not necessarily a bad thing but you do need to be careful about this approach as it can often backfire. It immediately results in more work for the teacher and may make little to no difference or worse, causes more dropouts. My advice may at first seem a little counterintuitive but it’s based on many years of research and experience and personal mistakes. It's actually one of the primary reasons businesses fail. Time is your most important resource so you need to spend it wisely.
