In today's episode, I chat with Jas, founder of @endometriosis.jas and Endometriosis & Mental Health advocate. Jas's journey to diagnosis has been a hard one, with her periods starting at the young age of 11 and giving her trouble straight away, she always knew something was wrong. After finally being diagnosed at the age of 20 Jas decided to start her Instagram account to raise awareness and share her journey.
