Dive into this short reflection on how we can be close to the mercy of Allah and where we need to show up with Ihsaan so that we can be from the "muhsinoon".
Why is it so slow and so difficult to get through this?
“The path to Allaah is long and we pass along it like turtles. The goal is not that we arrive to the end of the path. Rather, the goal is that we die while we are on the (straight) path” (Shaykh Muhammad Naasir-ud-Deen al-Albaanee)
Every single stage of our path to Allaah, of our journey of belief, holds its own perfection, its own specific meaning for us, and will facilitate something that is yet to come. Each stage is both required for the next, and perfect for that moment . Each stage is both temporary, and where we need to be.
How you see yourself is not how Allaah sees you, so don't project your own insecurities onto your relationship with Allaah! A reflection on ayah 30 of surah al-Israa : "Indeed He is, over His slaves,all- Knowing and all-Seeing".
This is a reflection on verse 29 of surah Yunus: "And sufficient is Allah for a witness..." which reminds us of Allaah's name ash-Shaheed. In this episode you will find out how this builds accountability and taqwa; how it allows us to have integrity in our actions, and how we can derive comfort when we are going through hardships. The episode gives a quick tip on how to build this awareness into your daily life and take control over the state of your own emaan so you can be the Muslim you want to be.
A reflection on the ayah "And Allah would not punish them whilst you ( Muhammad sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam) are amongst them, nor will He punish them while they seek ( Allah's) forgiveness" (8:33).
In this episode we talk about how we can protect ourselves from the punishment of Allaah, from His displeasure, and the numerous benefits and blessing of seeking Forgiveness in a spritual sense directly, as well as indirectly - how it affects our character and thus our relationships and other parts of our lives.
