Rainbow Fast Unicorn is a Yoga mixtape series dedicated to my four year old niece, Zoey. "Rainbow Fast Unicorn," is her nickname.Link to Apple Podcast in Bio!During the Quarantine, her and I spent a lot of time together. We took wagon trips to the park, skateboarded in the neighborhood, played on the golf course after hours, swam in the pool, and took the dogs on long walks in the evening. ️ Zoey's at the age where she's really identifying the "I," of her ego. ️ It's been really fascinating to see the age which the ego really begins to develop. ️ It brings a great comfort in knowing the ego has been a dominant force of our existence since we were about the age of three, or four. This Yoga mixtape series is filled with chilled out tracks that are perfect for an outdoor Yoga session, walking the dogs, and playing with your nieces/nephews.
