I’ve spent two years vulnerably sharing so much of my life that the thought of another introduction almost seemed silly but just last week I was reminded by someone who closely follows my content that not everyone sees everything (she just learned I have 4 published children’s books) so with that in mind, if you’ve been around for a while, don’t worry, you’re bound to learn something new and if you’re new here, welcome to the community. I’ll insert a trigger warning here. Some of what I share may feel heavy because it is…Sometimes I wish that life had been kinder but I’m inevitably reminded that we are inspired by those who have walked through hell and been refined by the fire, not the ones who have never felt the heat. That said, if you make it all the way through, I’ll share 10 random, silly, not serious facts about myself at the end of this episode! I also want to send a BIG shoutout to my Instagram community for all of their input on what they would like to hear for this introduction. “Tell us your life story and the why behind what you do” was the most common request, followed by a fun facts countdown! I’ve truly gathered some amazing people in that space and am incredibly grateful for all of the encouragement and support I receive. I hope to continue to build a more intimate community through long form videos, podcasts and my Substack blog as I become even more intentional with the content I create and release. I’m so glad you’re here. Now, let’s get better acquainted.
