Let go of those who expect you to be perfect and take everything you do do personally. Stay in your lane by blocking those who do their best to make you feel bad for being you. You don’t have to explain yourself or apologize. We are only human and we do the best we can with what we have. Stop spending energy on people who put higher expectations on you then they do themselves. Send them gratitude knowing time is never wasted when you remember a valuable lesson like sticking to your boundaries.
