‘Camp Nowhere’ (1994) is a movie about a bunch of kids who, along with the help of a disgraced drama teacher, scam their parents and start their own summer camp. While the film doesn’t present itself as “realistic,” it does provide insight into attitudes about childhood and parenting in the 1990s.
