Vanessa’s journey into elite running is anything but typical. She only started structured training during COVID, went from a 2:40 debut to a 2:28 marathon, and just lined up in the green and gold at the World Championships marathon in Tokyo, finishing 38th in brutal heat.

Not as much training this week as Matt and Jordan both pull out of Sydney marathon. With a couple of MRI's between them, they have re-injured and picked up a new injury..
Chris is fairing well in the short marathon build.. but still won't let on how fast he wants to run.
