こんにちは。
今日は日本の30歳の会社員の生活について紹介します。
会社員はサラリーマンと言っても大丈夫です。
みなさん、日本のサラリーマンについてどんな印象がありますか。
印象は英語でimpression です。
忙しいそう！
残業がいっぱいある！いつも飲み会がある！
毎日電車で会社へ行っている！
電車の中で寝ている！
もしかしたらネガティブなサラリーマンのイメージを持っているかもしれません。
たしかに、私が会社に行く途中にみる会社員はたいてい疲れています。
死んだ魚のような目をしている人もいます。
奥さんとけんかしたんでしょうか？
失礼、言い過ぎてしまいました。
彼らにとって、会社はお金をもらうだけのところなのでしょうか？
でも、私はまぁまぁ会社員の生活を楽しんでいます。
お金はたくさんもらえるわけではありませんが、ストレスがなく、健康的な生活をしています。
私は朝6:00くらいにおきます。
朝起きてすぐ水を飲んだら、今日やりたいことをメモしていきます。
今心配していることも書きます。
今日はこんな1日にしたい！
イメージから入ります。
そのあと、Twitterで今日の気持ちを投稿して、
朝ごはんと昼ごはんを作ります。
時間がもったいないので、ラジオのライブをしながら料理を作ります。
野菜を切るとき、間違えて指を切りそうになりました。みなさん、気をつけてくださいね。
朝ごはんを食べた後、歯を磨き、スーツに着替えて家を出ます。
今日もいい天気ですね！
電車に乗って、会社に行きます。
家から会社まで20分ぐらいです。
まぁまぁ近いですね。
会社に行く途中で、川を散歩します。毎日、とりやねこなどかわいい動物たちに挨拶します。おはよう！今日もがんばります！
私はこの時間が好きです。
私は日本語の学校で働いています。授業がたくさんあります。
会社で暇な時間はありません。授業をしたり、準備をしたり、学生の話を聞いたり、会議をしたり、一日がすぐに終わります。
私はあまり残業をしないので、
18:30くらいにうちに帰ります。
そのあと、ご飯を食べて、YouTubeを見たりして、少し休みます。
時々、家でトレーニングをします。
僕の部屋の下に住んでいる人、うるさかったらすみません。
YouTubeのビデオを作ったり、ブログを書いたり、オンラインのイベントを主催したりします。
家に帰ってからも忙しいですが、とても楽しいです。できるだけ早く寝て次の日に備えます。
何が幸せで、何が幸せでないかは
その人によって違います。
私は今の生活に十分満足しています。
でも将来のことを考えると、まだまだ心配なことはたくさんあります。
でも、これはみなさんも同じでしょう。
時々、今の楽しさを忘れて、まだ起きるかどうかわからないことで
心配になってしまいますね。
