Robbie Melville is an award winning guitar player and composer from Australia. Australia has produced a long line of great musical artists, particularily in the pop genre. For many, however, the more complex forms of Australian music creation and production has been perhaps a best kept secret less well known. With the internet and easier access to information, that is definately changing with many incredible musicians that create and work in Australia being feted around the world.



Here is a short quote from Robbie's website which highlights the awards he has received.



"Melville’s compositions have garnered several awards. Most recently he became a recipient of the 2021 Johnny Dennis Music Award. In 2016 he was awarded both the Industry and Orkeztra prizes in the Composition Competition for world music ensemble Orkeztra Glasso Bashalde with the piece ‘Tango In Pusan’. He was awarded first place for ‘Junkyard’ in the Instrumental Category of the 2018 International Songwriting Competition, a competition that amassed over 19,000 entries. The same song was shortlisted for the 2021 Composition-To-Choreography Competition "MadeBy", an initiative of OneMusic Australia and the Australian arm of the Royal Academy of Dance."

Private Music Studio 2 is for music teachers who want to track the progress of their students taking private lessons. Student information may be organized by semester including weekly lesson assignments, grades, and notes about student performances, accompanists, and ensemble participation.
Technique and exercise assignments may be created and saved as templates for use with other students. Points may be used if desired for assessing student progress. Teachers can send progress reports to students to remind them of assignments.
