We're back with a solo episode after a very consecutive segment of guest ones. I really made space in the current season to talk about my own personal experiences with topics I find to be very pressing and touching. As much as I love having fun conversations with guests, I'd still really like to keep this podcast underscored by the more delicate, unserious, chill girly chats... just me and you. [TW: for those with eating disorders] Today I talk about how societal expectations for the woman's body are unrealistic, ever changing, and thus virtually unattainable. I dissect the irony in female weight and proportion standards and discuss, instead, how to feel comfortable and happy in your own skin. I truly hope this is helpful to someone out there! You're not alone; never, in this community. Love you all.
