The year 2020 began with one of the biggest challenges of 21st Century. Throughout the globe, we were facing an emergency, even not seen during two World Wars. The whole world came to its knees due to a viral pandemic-COVID-19, which happens to be incurable till now. Though we have a long history of pandemics in India, but the magnitude with which it has spread and affected our lives is inexplicable. We already have our problems and issues of poverty, unemployment, hunger, and inadequate infrastructure, and now this COVID-19 pandemic. In this inaugural exercise,  as an academician Professor Abhinav Sharma will enquire and understand how has been the policy response in managing this superlative challenge.
