‘The End of an Era’ — Glambition® Radio Episode 304 with Ali Brown
“Endings and beginnings are illusions. Starting over is nothing more than recognizing the pause before picking up your thread and continuing to weave your own story.” ― Molly Cantrell-Kraig

Did you know I’ve been hosting Glambition Radio since 2014? (What is that in ‘podcast years’?)  I’ve enjoyed hundreds of incredible conversations with fascinating women founders, leaders, and celebrities – from household names to the more ‘everyday’ success stories of many of my own clients. And YOU have helped make this show the success it’s been, from the moment we launched (ranked at #3 in ALL of iTunes that very first week)!

And now, after feeling into it this year, I know it’s time for a change. On this special LAST episode of #GlambitionRadio, I’ll go into the details why.

I also share several PERSONAL updates — on my family, my friends, and my reconnection to God. AND I give the scoop on a special NEW retreat I’m hosting this November called ‘Reignite’. (This will be much different than anything I’ve done before, as it’s only for up to 17 women leaders.)

I also answer questions about The Trust (my community for 7+8 figure entrepreneur women), and whether I’ll still be doing private coaching into 2024.

This is a very personal episode for me, and it’s taken awhile to be ready for it. I hope you’ll give it a listen! And remember, this isn’t goodbye. It’s simply turning the page.

Head to Apple Podcasts now to listen to this episode of Glambition Radio. And also don’t miss my NEW podcast from The Trust, ‘Reward’!

‘The Power of Subtraction’ — Glambition® Radio Episode 302 with Ali Brown
Today I want to share what I both witnessed and experienced at my recent event ICONIC: The Revolution, and it has to do with the powerful concept of SUBTRACTION.

In business we worship nonstop expansion, adding on, increasing volume, and stacking layers of complexity onto what we do. Today instead, I invite you to honor the subtraction, or *taking away*, and study its results. This will actually help move your forward in the right way, faster than your alternatives. It has a lot to do with energy. And I explain it all on this episode of #GlambitionRadio.

You’ll hear:

Why I now approach leading events *completely differently* than I would have years ago. (But it’s not for the faint of heart!)
How to unhook yourself from goals related to who you WERE and instead be PULLED toward your new vision (no need to ‘push through’
When to create a *vacuum* that immediately creates space that will be filled in (be careful to stay strong with your intentions during this phase)
A few of my *tips and tricks* to create as much space as possible when you know you are going through a big transition.

This is all so important to me right now, as I'm undergoing another personal reinvention. There is a lot to this show, so head over to Apple Podcasts now to listen to this episode of Glambition Radio (or download it for later).

‘Conscious Capitalism and… Earwax!’ with Elyse Dickerson — Glambition® Radio Episode 301 with Ali Brown
OK let’s just say… earwax? Not sexy. Building a multi-million dollar biotech company without a science-based degree? Sexy! And our guest today did it.

Elyse Stoltz Dickerson is cofounder + CEO of Eosera, whose mission is to develop innovative products that address underserved healthcare needs. Among Eosera’s many industry awards-- including ranking on Inc 5000's National List of fastest-growing private companies TWICE in 2021 and 2022-- Elyse’s personal accolades for her leadership and service are in the dozens.

Elyse has over two decades of experience leading teams in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. She managed portfolios with annual revenues of $1.7 billion and drove product innovation and the commercialization of numerous technologies across the globe.

On this episode of Glambition Radio, you’ll hear:

The devastating event that put Elyse on the path to become an entrepreneur, plus the moment she knew she had a viable company
How to conduct valuable market research and identify a market gap you can fill
What sports taught Elyse about leadership and perseverance
The uncommon way Elyse secured the $50,000 she needed to conduct her first clinical trial
How things she saw in corporate america led to her commitment to conscious capitalism and putting people first

The one thing I love most about Elyse’s story is that she never waited for all the pieces to be in place before getting started or taking the next big step!

‘The Big Tear Down’ — Glambition® Radio Episode 300 with Ali Brown
At our recent meeting for The Trust, a clear theme emerged just during our first session. There is currently a simultaneous occurrence for all of us, consisting of huge new opportunities along with huge demand to LET GO of something else in order to move in the right direction. And along with all this, feeling some crazy damn chaos on the perimeter!

But is all that chaos around us right now actually happening TO us? Or… FOR us? Think of a brilliant new home you’ve been dreaming of for years, but right now you’re in the middle of the old teardown. Welcome to ‘demo day’, baby!

I’ve been hearing from many of you on social that this is happening for you as well. The good news is, this entire #GlambitionRadio show looks at this phenomenon and how you can ride the wave to your highest outcomes yet.

On this episode of Glambition Radio, you’ll hear:

The powerful exercise we did led by our member Kate Northrup that helped us let go of what no longer serves us.
The most common areas I see the chaos happening for my clients – and how to handle it with grace
The prayer I use when needing an unmistakable sign showing me what to do next
How it’s quite possible this time is for you to develop a brand new value system aligned with your NEW you
What part of this conversation will be a session at my upcoming event ICONIC: The Revolution

‘When Women Lead’ with Julia Boorstin— Glambition® Radio Episode 299 with Ali Brown
With over two decades as a TV reporter and creator of CNBC’s ‘Disruptor 50’ franchise, Julia Boorstin has interviewed and studied thousands of business leaders. And while witnessing the dearth of women in positions of leadership, she committed to the ideal that true gender equity shouldn’t be a pipe dream.

In her newly released book, ‘WHEN WOMEN LEAD: What They Achieve, Why They Succeed, and How We Can Learn from Them’, Julia shares her groundbreaking and ‘deeply reported’ narrative work from interviewing thousands of female business leaders and executives. These interviews reveal the counterintuitive, against-all-odds approaches of women running the world’s most innovative and successful companies—and what we can learn from them.

On this episode of Glambition Radio, you’ll hear:

How Julia’s experience working at Fortune and now CNBC developed her interest in entrepreneurship and how it shaped this book
Her biggest takeaway from interviewing thousands of female CEOs and executives, including Katrina Lake, Gwyneth Paltrow, and more
What Julia believes is one of the most important traits of a successful CEO and leader
Stories of how women are continuously disrupting systems, fixing systematic problems, and overcoming challenges in business

And make sure you listen until the end where you’ll hear Julia’s 3 pieces of uncommon, yet brilliant advice!

‘The False Gods of Your Business’— Glambition® Radio Episode 298 with Ali Brown
Do you remember the Bible story about the golden calf? It’s basically revealing of human nature and our tendency to stray away from what’s true in the name of what’s new, sexier, faster, or ‘here right now’. This is one of my favorite stories that we can also relate to in business. Because we have all created – or have even been told to workshop  – our own golden calves… or ‘false gods’.

For the first time ever, in this episode of #GlambitionRadio, I break down 7 false gods I see most every day in the businesses I have worked with. There are many more, but these are my top 7! They range from a few of the most obvious (like topline revenues) all the way to some of the most insidious (obsession of status within certain business communities).

I was on FIRE for this one, and it’s an important show to listen to. Because unless you become aware of these and then get clear on what is true for YOU — it’s too easy to not only follow these calves around, but let them tow you by the nose!

The concept of getting clear on what is true for YOU and your business (and jettisoning what isn’t) is something we’ll be diving into at ICONIC: The Revolution, my event happening  on Wednesday + Thursday, November 2+3, 2022 here in Phoenix, AZ.

ICONIC is all about disrupting your past patterns of ‘business think’, getting clear on what’s true for YOU and your business, and setting course for your next incredible chapter of your career…. Your true ICONIC work in the world. And you’ll do all this surrounded by dozens of brilliant women entrepreneurs – the majority of which run $1M+ businesses! It’s a win-win-win.

But right now we have less than 20 seats left, so don’t delay – learn more here now and apply to join us. (We do have an application process.)

(Pssst…. Would you also SHARE this show with another female leader you know who’s looking for something different? We’d like more women entrepreneurs to know about the intelligent conversations we’re having on this show as well as the ones we’ll be having at ICONIC.)

‘How To Be Loving’ with Danielle Laporte — Glambition® Radio Episode 297 with Ali Brown
WOW… I was thrilled to have Danielle Laporte back on #GlambitionRadio to talk about… LOVE. Not love as in loving another person in particular, but a concept much greater, and the theme of her new book ‘How To Be Loving…when your heart is breaking open and the world is waking up.’

And, what does this have to do with ourselves as business owners and leaders? More than you may realize, in today’s times. Danielle spent the past few years radically simplifying her life, doing the deep work, and determining that love is not a feeling, but a virtue, and how we learn about love and express it is incredibly personal.

The good news? We can stop the chase. Stop fixing ourselves. Release the pressure. Let anything that’s not in alignment with that light fall away. This message is so liberating, incredibly practical, and needed. I really could have talked with her for DAYS about all this – as one concept led to another, and another, and another.

Danielle LaPorte is a renowned spiritual leader and mentor, as well as the creator of the Heart Centered Leadership Program with 400+ leaders in 30 countries. She is also the author of The Fire Starter Sessions, The Desire Map, and White Hot Truth.

On this episode of Glambition Radio, you’ll hear:

How Danielle became relatable to me again (I was being honest here)
Why now we need to navigate life even when we don’t know where we’re going
The ‘evolution of Danielle’ and how her new book came to be (different from past messages)
The one thing that makes her shadow side come out (you might relate to this a lot, and it’s a funny story)
Danielle’s take on being loving, putting your ego aside, and living life on purpose

I just know you’re going to LOVE this powerful and timely conversation!

‘The Power of Copywriting’ with Sara Anna Powers— Glambition® Radio Episode 296 with Ali Brown
I’ve always been in love with writing, since I was little. Using words in the right way to convey your point to the fullest. Finding just the right word that can replace a string of five others. Expressing emotions that are hard to convey. And more.

But I never knew what copywriting actually was until my mid-20s, when I landed a job at a midtown boutique ad agency. It blended my love of both words and psychology. I immediately became enamored with the idea of doing that for a living – could it really be possible?

It was. I left that agency about two years later, to go off on my own as a freelance copywriter. My love for the craft has never ceased, and it’s by far been one of the most valuable skills I still have today.

I also love talking about it – which is why today I have Sara Anna Powers as a guest on this episode of #GlambitionRadio. She’s a former civil litigator turned conversion copywriter + mentor who trains others how to get into the copywriting game via her Clickworthy Copywriting Certification™. Her own copywriting has resulted in clients closing $4.4 million in a single launch, quadrupling email open rates, and doubling annual revenue. So you know this gal is walking her talk!

On this episode of Glambition Radio, you’ll hear:

Why copywriting is only GROWING in demand,  and the reason so many people hire copywriters (and why you should consider it too)
How Anna was able to leave her career as an attorney to pursue copywriting full-time, bringing in over $100k in her first year
Tips on writing copy that sells today – without using masculine, shameful, or guilt-ridden techniques like they used to teach
How to leverage referrals to make your business explode organically

And I’m sure you’ll love Anna’s sweet Mississippi accent as much as I do! ;)

‘It’s Time for the Revolution’— Glambition® Radio Episode 295 with Ali Brown
There are multiple timelines in existence right now. And it’s critical that we consciously select the higher ones… as entrepreneurs, as mothers, as citizens, as humans.

Because we are here to help bring the world through to ‘the other side’, in more ways than one. As entrepreneurs, we are likely here to create new ways of doing business. But in the overarching scope of things, we are really here to create a brand new world.

And WOMEN entrepreneurs are a huge part of leading this charge. (Have you noticed the answers have never pointed more strongly than right now to the ways WE have always worked best? The old ways are imploding, and it’s a mess, but… absolutely awesome. ;))

I’m curious if you’ve been feeling this too. Are YOU being called to something different in a way? Possibly to step into your greatest and most powerful work of your lifetime?

This year, as I bring back my annual ICONIC event for entrepreneurial women leaders, I felt strongly called to give it the theme of revolution. And I explain why on today’s episode of Glambition Radio.

In the midst of all the world’s recent madness... the chaos... the nonsensical happenings... the upending of most all we knew... there are actually opportunities so immense (both business + personal) that are hard to fathom by most ‘normal’ folks.

But… this all requires first seeing through the mess, focusing on what we CAN control, and then taking charge of where we know things should go. (It’s often the ‘action’ part where we hesitate, don’t we?)

On this episode of #GlambitionRadio, you’ll hear me cover the 5 KEY areas to help you create your own ICONIC revolution, as well as a few tips on how to see our current chaotic times in a different light.

Don’t miss out - listen here now!

AND… while this show is a powerful one, there’s no better way to dig in deep on all this than gathering IN PERSON with other purpose-driven women entrepreneurs, behind closed doors, at a very special workshop.

On Wednesday + Thursday, November 2+3, 2022, I’m inviting back 60-80 established female entrepreneurial leaders to join me in Phoenix, AZ for a powerful two days to create… the new revolution.

>>> Our ICONIC priority notification list is now OPEN here, and I suggest – even if you’re just curious – you sign up now.

Once you do, you’ll be first to receive full details and know when registration officially opens within the next 2 weeks.

(Also…. would you consider SHARING this show with another female leader you know who’s looking for something different? We’d like more women entrepreneurs to know about the intelligent conversations we’re having on this show as well as at events like ICONIC?)

Head to Apple Podcasts now to listen to this episode of Glambition Radio (or download it for later).

‘9 Lives to Live’ with PAIGE founder Paige Adams-Geller — Glambition® Radio Episode 294 with Ali Brown
How many fashion retailers came out of the last two years not only sustaining their business but landing well ahead of where they were? And also right after opening several new retail locations beforehand? You’re about to hear that story, but there’s much more to Paige Adams-Geller and her company PAIGE than meets the eye.

I first pulled on a pair of PAIGE jeans back in 2006 and felt I’d finally found the brand to fit me best. But since then, they’ve expanded to become a full lifestyle brand. (I ask her about this decision on this #GlambitionRadio  – when do you know that’s the right thing to do versus staying true to the original product? What’s the risk of diluting the power of what you’re known so well for?)

Paige’s journey began in Los Angeles, where her entrepreneurial spirit took her from working as one of the top fit models in the industry to launching her namesake collection in 2004. But there are many twists and turns to her story, including not only why she decided to launch PAIGE but also become a fierce advocate for The Rape Foundation. (She shares how the traumatic experience led to later inspiration during our interview today, and I’m so honored she opened up for us.)

I am SO excited to announce that Paige will be a Special Guest Advisor for The Trust, joining us LIVE at our Official Fall Meeting here in Scottsdale, AZ on October 4+5, 2022! Want to join us? Learn more and apply here!

After founding the brand, today Paige sits at the helm as Creative Director, where she continues to lead with her commitment to cutting edge design and passion for creating ‘pieces that you will live in’.

On this episode of Glambition Radio, you’ll hear:

The unlikely confidante who encouraged Paige to start her own clothing line (and then she quickly ‘went for it’)
How PAIGE’s leadership team navigated ‘The Rona’ and created opportunities during an inopportune time
What’s fashion-forward now in denim and other trends (I asked her to catch me up!) and how to make ‘office casual’ look and feel professional, yet stylish and comfortable
How the PAIGE brand has evolved over the years from jeans, step by step
Paige’s advice on building and leading a dedicated team and maintaining a great company culture (this had a few gems I wrote down for sure)

Get ready to be pleasantly surprised by the depth and meaning Paige brings to the fashion industry as well as her passion for helping women entrepreneurs.

‘No Choice But to Own It’ with Suneera Madhani— Glambition® Radio Episode 293 with Ali Brown
She tried to ‘give away’ her brilliant idea dozens of times, but no one in her industry wanted it. So finally, Suneera Madhani did it herself. Today, her company Stax has a $1 BILLION valuation (and it’s the first women-led fintech company to do so). And all those guys who rejected her? They are now her partners. ;)

Suneera grew up in the U.S. with immigrant parents who were entrepreneurs out of necessity, where Suneera learned hard work and customer service firsthand – two traits that have led to her success today. She started in the payments industry immediately out of college, where she quickly saw that transactions and profit was being prioritized over people.

That’s when she had the idea to start a subscription-based credit card processing company. For one monthly fee, businesses could process all the customer transactions they wanted. After repeated rejection by both her bosses and others in the industry, Suneera finally decided in 2014 that if she wanted to see her idea come to fruition, she would have to do it herself.

Stax is now one of America’s top 10 fastest-growing fintech companies doing integrated payments and payment processing for small and large businesses, processing over $23 billion in payments per year. (And I’m a client myself!)

Under Suneera’s leadership, Stax has catapulted from startup to Orlando’s first fintech unicorn, leading more than 250 employees and $100 million+ in recurring software revenue. Suneera has become a notable minority female entrepreneur, breaking countless statistics and raising over $500 million in venture capital.

‘The Eventual Millionaire’ Summer Show Flip #3— Glambition® Radio Episode 291 with Ali Brown
It’s ‘Flip the Script’ Summer here on #GlambitionRadio, so that means YOU get to hear the tables turned on ME… in four of the BEST interviews I’ve been on over the past year or two!

This week, you’ll hear my interview by Jaime Masters on her inspiring podcast ‘The Eventual Millionaire’. (Be sure to subscribe here.) We recorded this back in 2020, but it was SO GOOD… I wanted to make sure you didn’t miss it.

Jaime has me share my story through all its evolutions, twists and turns… back into the ‘90s and even prior to that. It was such a magical time -- when the web first came alive. I share how I knew immediately from that first dial-up connection it was going to be a gamechanger for my future.

And all these fun facts came out of this conversation – for example, I stayed up nights learning how to do basic code, so I could fix my first websites quickly when needed.

On this episode of ‘Eventual Millionaire’ on Glambition Radio, you’ll hear:

Why you need to start doing the OPPOSITE of what everyone else in your industry is doing (for the sake of your future)
Why ‘making better programs’ than your competition is not enough anymore (and what to do about it)
How I changed my business focus and evolved ‘old’ business practices to achieve more success + happiness (so many of us are at this place right now)
The secrets to making an impact as a woman entrepreneur in the masculine world of business
Why you need to assess and disrupt your metrics, especially when making a transition (including tips on how to do it!)
And so many other juicy tidbits! Including a few fun things about my kids and family.

Jaime Masters, also known as ‘The Eventual Millionaire’, has been helping business owners simplify and become more profitable for over 10 years. She has interviewed 500 multi-millionaires on her podcast on how they’ve created and sustained millionaire wealth. (I was honored to be one of them!)

‘She Talks Business’ Summer Show Flip #1 — Glambition® Radio Episode 289 with Ali Brown
It’s ‘Flip the Script’ Summer here on #GlambitionRadio, so that means YOU get to hear the tables turned on ME… in four of the BEST interviews I’ve been on over the past year or two!

To kick things off, here’s my interview by Lisa Larter on her fantastic ‘She Talks Business’ podcast. (Be sure to subscribe here.) Lisa and I agree on so many things, including the insanity taught within many of the brainwashed online marketing spaces.

Not only is Lisa a solid coach and 7-figure business leader, she is also a past client and one of the founding members of The Trust. During our conversation, we dive into the why + how of the ‘sharp right turn’ I made back in the early 2010s, when I decided to disassemble my complex business and large-scale programs… and instead rebuild something I was feeling deeply called to.

On this episode of ‘She Talks Business’ on Glambition Radio, you’ll hear:

The behind-the-scenes details of my experience on the ABC reality show ‘Secret Millionaire’ back in 2011, and the profound impact it had on the direction of my business and identity
How I found the courage to let go of my multi-seven figure business and huge team (and what my biggest fear truly was during this time)
The warning signs to look and listen for that will let YOU know it’s time to change lanes (before it’s too late)
How I launched (and then quickly shifted) The Trust, my premier network for 7 + 8 figure entrepreneurs, right when the pandemic hit (this organization was intended to revolve solely around in-person meetings!)
My take on what it means to become a category of one versus a thought leader

If you aren’t familiar with my background and story, this episode is one you won’t want to miss!

It’s ‘Flip the Script’ Summer! — Glambition® Radio Episode 288 with Ali Brown
Happy summer! The twins and I are packing to leave next week for our annual road trip through Southern California. So what am I doing with #GlambitionRadio while we’re gone? Something NEW and fun, and I’ve wanted to do this for quite awhile...

It started with many of you asking for more SOLO episodes – ones where I share more about my observations, advice, and stories from my experiences.

And I was thinking, well what’s the next best thing to doing a summer series of solo episodes? The answer was a summer series of great shows where you can hear ME interviewed.

So the entire month of June will be ‘Flip the Script Summer’ here on Glambition Radio! And today’s episode walks you through it all.

I’ve been on some super shows over the last year or two. And these interviewers led me into some DEEP conversations where some of my BEST anecdotes, admissions, and revelations have come out. And I want to share these with you.

On this episode — and throughout these weekly ‘shows within a show’—you’ll hear me dish on...

* The insanity taught within many of the brainwashed online marketing spaces

* The why + how of the ‘sharp right turn’ I made back in the mid 2010s, when I decided to disassemble my complex business and large-scale programs… create some space... and instead rebuild something I was feeling deeply called to.

* Behind-the-scenes details of my experience on the ABC primetime reality show ‘Secret Millionaire’ back in 2011, and the profound impact it had on the direction of my business and identity, and so much more.

* A full walkthrough of how I built a profitable 20+ year brand – one that’s gone through many variations to suit my personal evolutions

*My own human design + life purpose, which has helped me continually re-tune into my ‘north star’ over the years

*And we take it back to the ‘90’s Ali,’ where I share the story of picking up one of those AOL CDs for the first time -- I knew the trajectory of my business would change forever (And if you have no idea what I’m talking about, we’ll explain to you, LOL)

*How I feel your BEST bet today is to do things the complete opposite of your industry

*The consequences of operating out of alignment, and why it is more important than ever for women to get in tune with who we really are to fully honor and trust themselves

*Changes happening within the feminine collective and how to address and identify triggers to help you powerfully uplevel and become a more confident leader

*The decision to homeschool my twins, who just turned 9

...and SO much more.

Listen now to this episode giving the FULL scoop on these hosts and shows, a lot more details, and what to expect over the next few weeks. Also, I share about our summer plans and how the kids just love traveling. :)

Have a wonderful season. My team will keep things going until I’m back in a month or two.

And remember – get out and play. We only have so many summers in this lifetime.

The Old Way vs The New Way — Glambition® Radio Episode 287 with Ali Brown
Right now there are battles going on around the world, on every level, in every way. But they are also a mirror for what’s going on within *ourselves*.

We are trying to solve problems with the same mindsets + systems that created them. And we are caught in an endless loop of madness. I do see and feel that so many are finally realizing that a *massive change* is needed. But… how does that apply to YOU, and your world of creation?

It’s been a while since I did a solo episode of #GlambitionRadio, so I wanted to start the summer with a bang! AND I’m  sharing a few *exciting updates* on some opportunities that YOU can participate in with me later this summer and fall.

The theme in the air? Our old ways versus the new. Old ways of doing, being, and transforming are making way (gently or abruptly) for new, better ways. And I don’t just mean incremental improvements – I’m talking about totally walking away from what never really suited us in the first place. We are here to create the new. And the female entrepreneurs are the ones leading the charge in so many categories.

On this episode of Glambition Radio, you’ll hear:

How to honor who you really are, step into your genius, and do business YOUR way – finally, without comparison or apology
My take on how to ‘win’ these battles happening in the world… and internally (they are mirroring each other right now)
The aspect of business that many 7+8 figure business leaders are currently experiencing the most turmoil and transition in
How to lean into your intuition and identify what you are resisting to make revolutionary changes in your life and business

Be sure to listen until the end, where I share my exciting announcements for the summer (hint: I’m doing something different with the podcast!) and a NEW private event coming for 7+8 figure founders who would like to learn more about The Trust.

Becoming ‘Alpha Femme’ with Melanie Ann Layer— Glambition® Radio Episode 286 with Ali Brown
It’s the women who are doing business differently, in an extraordinary way. And there’s one particular ‘Alpha Femme’ epitomizing this movement: Melanie Ann Layer of Quebec, Canada.

Starting as an ‘invisible coach’ in 2017, whose name was shared solely by word of mouth, Melanie’s business and Alpha Femme brand quickly grew – without a website, podcast, viral videos, ads, or a best-selling book.

She is known for her unique approach to feminine leadership and wealth energetics, but it started with one big shift after a job loss which led to a bankruptcy. The entire ordeal left her sleeping in her car, but Melanie took her first “life coaching” call from the front seat of her Honda Civic in 2013. (She explains the whole story in our interview.)

Through a journey of evolution and growth, she’s grown her business to revenues over $20M, with consistent million dollar months since November 2020. Her shift is a testament to her teachings that now serve women all around the globe.

On this episode of Glambition Radio, I speak with Melanie about her unconventional approach to online business, which has left many puzzled... and so many more excited and magnetized. Because it’s so different compared with anything else out there.

On this episode of Glambition Radio, you’ll hear:

About the Google search that inspired Melanie to reframe her thoughts after ending a romantic relationship of 7 years
How Melanie started her coaching business from that first phone call, and how she first approached growing her venture into something significant
The secret behind building an 8-figure brand *without* a website, viral content, a podcast, ads, or best-selling book (hallelujah!)
Melanie’s practice of ‘The Art of Business’, and how it has contributed to her success
How one unfortunate media ‘hit piece’ reporting on her achievements was an initial shock, but the experience solidified her stance in helping other women embrace and champion ‘unconventional’ success

After getting to know Melanie well this year as a private client (and now as a member of The Trust!), I am thrilled to share this deep conversation about her energetic approach on this episode of #GlambitionRadio.

‘Let It Be Easy’ with Susie Moore— Glambition® Radio Episode 285 with Ali Brown
Can it really be… this… EASY? Our guest today says YES… even if you’re in the midst of what feels like a struggle. I have to admit, I’d known OF Susie over the years and felt like I already ‘knew’ her. But then we finally talked (on this episode)! There were SO many things I wasn’t aware of that make both her story and her attitude incredibly rich and inspiring.

Susie spent much of her childhood growing up in domestic violence shelters, driving her to vow that one day she’d create a much different life for herself. But instead of going for what our typical path for success would be, she skipped college and instead opted to travel, live, and work all over the world. I love how she’s created her own version of success while thoroughly enjoying every minute of it. (And this spirit comes through in our interview!)

Susie and her work have been featured on the Today show, Oprah, Business Insider, CNN, Forbes, Time Inc, Marie Claire and … you get the idea. ;) Her new book Let It Be Easy is her third book, which is about simple ways to stop stressing and start living.

On this episode of #GlambitionRadio, Susie shares how her upbringing of struggle is a part of the success she created today, the business models she uses to make AND impact millions – on her own schedule, and more.

On this episode of Glambition Radio, you’ll hear:

Why *confidence* is the ULTIMATE productivity hack (I LOVED this one!)
How Susie discovered life coaching, and what pulled her to pursue this big career change when she was 30
Susie’s ‘good enough’ philosophy, and how to implement it in your own life and business, while still maintaining high standards
Advice on how to finally embrace BIG VISIBILITY – so you can be discovered in a greater way, and get more done in less time
How we are both NOT convinced that a *university degree* is a must for anyone these days. (I am not attached to my own twins going to college, and I explain why.)

Plus, you DON’T want to miss us getting fired up about *the RELAXED, successful woman rebellion* (and why you want to be a part of it)!
