
Welcome back to the Self-Care Toolbox series! So far, we have discussed self-care as a habit largely formed outside the confines of whatever takes up our day-to-day life - whether that be school, work, or relationships with others. But the truth is, the environments that we spend most of our time in are sometimes the most effective places in which we can practice self-care. If you find yourself occasionally feeling stressed, burnt out, unfocused, or just not your best in your daily life, then this episode is for you.
