When it comes to medical concerns, women often face significant underdiagnosis for conditions like autism, heart disease, even endometriosis and PCOS. When we know something is off in our bodies, it’s common to have our symptoms dismissed or receive inadequate guidance, leaving us struggling to find the right treatment in order to live fulfilling lives. In this episode, we follow the stories of women who have searched - and found - answers to their medical issues when medical systems failed to see the bigger picture of menstruating bodies.

We are excited to welcome you to a brand new, 3rd session of FWBW: on Women in Food & Beverage and Hospitality.
Once again, we have brought together an inspiring selection of women for an open and honest discussion. This time, we are focusing on the experiences of women working in the exciting and fast-paced world of hospitality and gastronomy, moderated by an experienced coach who herself comes from the world of hospitality.
In an industry where it’s hard to find women at the very top, our panelists are changemakers who are shaking up their respective fields. Our panelists will discuss how the world of gastronomy and hospitality is changing, share advice for other women wishing to enter the industry, and inspire us with their visions for the future.
We encourage participants to engage, ask questions, and get involved in a lively and delicious discussion about a world we engage with every time we eat and drink at our favourite restaurants and bars, or travel the world.

Following our successful first session about inspiring working mothers, we are pleased to introduce our FWBW 2nd Edition: on Women and Entrepreneurship. We’ve brought together an inspiring selection of female entrepreneurs from various life stages, ranging from young women starting their careers, to self-employed freelancers and first-time founders, all the way to experienced female entrepreneurs who have set up multiple businesses and lived around the world, and mothers-to-be, and mothers running businesses in parallel to being the parent-COOs of their families. We will explore the journey into entrepreneurship and how it evolves depending on our age and life circumstances, as well as the special forms of creativity that entrepreneurial women bring to the table.
Get ready for frank and honest discussions, shedding light on our panelists’ varied experiences, life choices, and considerations of the opportunity cost behind the choices that we make as we build our lives and careers. Share, join in the discussions, and leave inspired.

1st Edition: Inspiring Working Moms
The goal of the 1st Edition is to introduce Women who are combining motherhood and professional careers, who have found a "modus operandi" that works for them. We want to create a safe space and frank discussion around the challenges and hurdles in trying to combine the two and what has made it WORTHWHILE for these women to continue juggling continuous trade-offs. By bringing together a panel of women from different professional and cultural backgrounds, each with their own story, struggles and solutions to make it work, we hope to encourage participants to find their own blend and continue or re-engage with their career path while building a family.
WE ARE ALL WORKING TOWARDS A WORKING MODEL but the GOAL is not the success but the WAY towards the goal is!
