If you're interested in learning about
more sustainability in business

This episode is about these topics:
Why clean thinking is not part of our automatism
Why I learned to be brave and to consider that others might not really understand what I am thinking of
My giveaway: two coaching questions for you to take away.
Some sneak preview into the deep dive: Our society is created within the last few years with the quality of quickness. To be quick is a great quality and a positive thing because being slowly is rather an obstacle in our lives. Thinking slowly is not hot. Thinking quickly is assumed as being efficient and to be better than the average. The truth is, we need taking actions quickly because of many huge challenges in our societies are lying ahead of us. That's the climate change. That's poverty, injustice. It's about not enough education chances for children in many regions of the world. But the other truth is to think quickly does not always lead to best solutions. Clean thinking, therefore, is the guarantee to consider the best solutions for complex problems and clean thinking needs time.

My two coaching questions as a take-away:
When did you observe yourself thinking about something actively within the last days or weeks?
And who or what motivates you to observe your thoughts for at least a few minutes today?
