This weeks episode starts with the first in our series on stress and anxiety. When we put out a request for questions a few weeks ago, many of you messaged regarding stress or anxiety in leaving cert teenagers. Some of you asked for strategies in dealing with your own personal stress levels and many more of you spoke about anxiety 'coming out of nowhere' and stopping you from doing every day things like socialising. So, we have decided to do a series and hopefully help to satisfy your curiosity about the differences between stress and anxiety and share some of the strategies we have used.
