Description of Podcast: Whether you are a hospital pharmacist, or specialized pharmacist, a technician or an intern, or a director or executive: medication safety is important for all members of the interoperability team. With the continuing work and vision of the Florida Society of Health-System Pharmacists, a new clinical forum was created to share, discuss, and educate all wide topics regarding medication safety. This podcast will cover the discussion of practice and experiences of varying pharmacists in their realm of health-systems.
