In this episode I go over a lunch and discuss presentation I did for my work a few years back. The topic is how do we as leaders insert ourselves into preexisting groups with already established cultures? We in the public service industry have a unique situation where we are hired on to lead groups that are already in place. This podcast will answer some of those questions and hopefully give you some pointers on engaging your team and yourself.
