Episode 22: Feeling a little… discombobulated lately? You’re not alone, friend. This word has been showing up a lot lately—especially from students in studio—and I believe it's the ripple effect of this seasonal shift from winter’s stillness to spring’s aliveness. As nature begins to wake up, so do we. But transitioning from slow and steady to go-go-go can feel a little wobbly.
In this episode, I’m sharing the daily practices that help ground me—through every season. These aren’t just routines; they’re anchors that support my mind, body, and soul in a world that’s constantly shifting. From morning rituals like oil pulling, tongue scraping, chai time, meditation, and movement, to evening rhythms like red light therapy, gua sha, and winding down with an audiobook, this is the blueprint that helps me feel aligned, no matter the energy of the day or season we’re in.
I’ll break it all down—morning to night, and everything in between—through the lens of daily care for the whole Self. And as you listen, I invite you to reflect on your own practices. What already works for you? What could use a shift this season?
Let this episode be your invitation to reimagine your days with intention, curiosity, and compassion. Take what serves you, leave what doesn’t, and start building a daily rhythm that grounds you in your own life.
Thanks for being here, friend. Let’s get to it!
