Let's stop to give ourselves some credit for showing up, for trying new things, for doing things you said you would do.

Let's celebrate all that we do. Even if it doesn't feel "enough". This is exactly the point. It is ENOUGH. You are enough. And we go first.

Shift things, and start to feel good about what you have done. and all that you do. And I bet you'll start to see others start to celebrate you too.
