In this video, we'll be discussing the Threads app, which is a new social media app from Meta. Threads is designed to be a more intimate and personal way to connect with your friends, and it's been compared to Twitter.
We won't touch upon the features of the app but rather share out opinions on the future of it.
In this episode, we go through different solutions you can use as a CRM tool to manage customer/sales data at the very beginning of the project.
We cover different options starting with Google Sheets as a first step, no code tools such as Retool, full-size CRM platforms like Hubspot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce, or a self-developed solution. We go through use cases and the pros and cons of each.
We're discussing the results of our first months of making this content. Some stats, fun facts, and thoughts on plans.
After selecting the idea, the next step is to discuss the details with the tech team. Kostia is presenting the logic of how the future app would work, and we're covering the ways to test the complexity of the needed text-processing model as well as its economics.
Previously we selected a framework to evaluate ideas, and this time we went through the top 4 ideas, looking into the details of the ideas and competitors.

In this episode, we go through the feedback from Shopify that I got after submitting the first app last week. Shopify came up with 8 points that need to be fixed for tha app to go public in the app store, and we have 14 days to do that and respond.
Some of the issues are technical, but others are focused on providing a great experience for our future customers.
I'm going through my second attempt to submit the Shopify app after fixing some technical issues with it.
We'll see the steps to take as well as I'll cover the mistakes that I made while preparing the app to submission in the first place.
While our first Shopify app is almost ready to be submitted, we can start thinking about our next ideas.
We are discussing how to approach evaluating new ideas, which criteria are we going to use, and how to prioritize and pick the next project to build.
We have a list of different ideas including Shopify apps and other small Saas projects, from which we are going to select the next thing.
In this episode, we look again at building a passive income stream based on Shopify app development. We're looking into a few different developers and their stats, to get to the core of how much they earn from their side hustle.
We see individual developers going into 5-digit MRR and mature companies with more complex businesses.
In this episode, we talk about what Shopify apps are, and how we went about finding new ideas and what are the opportunities for building shopify apps today.
