Gillian, is a nutrition, body image and mindset-focused coach who supports clients in rebuilding trust with food and their bodies.
Her clients are women who want to live full, meaningful, FUN lives, and want a focus on health and wellbeing that doesn’t rely on macros, restrictive diets or progress photos.
She spent most of her life wishing she could ‘fix’ her body, and many years jumping from diet to diet- until she realized that her health was suffering, she hadn’t had a period in years, and her life revolved around her diet and training schedule.
She helps her clients define their core values and we use those values to help them develop a more balanced approach to eating and a positive body image.
Her education and background includes certifications from Precision Nutrition and ANEF Sports Nutrition, as well as professional education in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Binge Eating and Body Image training.
