My whole life shifted and morphed into a beaut, when I learned to truly love myself.
It’s not funny, I mean all those years I spent mistaking
self-care for self-love.
Yes, the physical aspect of taking care, is different from the emotional aspect of loving; one can very much take care of something they don’t love.
In the same way, you can clean, feed, treat, and meet all sorts of your physical needs, and yet hate yourself so much, at the same time.
What then, does it mean to love yourself?

Outside forces, although beyond our control, have a deeply compelling influence in our decision making process, this can sometimes lead us to make choices that are not in alignment with our truth, and or that do not support our growth and wellbeing.

Did you know one can be rich, old, educated, a leader, famous, married, a parent, or many such things that lots of people aspire to get, and still not be free?
Yes, possessions do not equate to freedom. Two people can have the same exact thing, and one is free, and counterpart is not!
