I share a personal story and phone conversation I had with my own mother today. It is her birthday!!!! And we have had many ups and downs within our own relationship and have been distanced lately. I felt a strong desire in my heart for love and closeness. I desire to be able to show up fully and authentically as me in all of my relationships. This includes with my mother. So, I touch on the power of vulnerability and the power of your CHOICE!

Hear about how you can shift from guilt and shame from not being enough and being your own worst critic, and stepping into love and celebration with how you show up in the world just as you are! As a mom, as yourself, as all of the different hats and roles you play. This episode is one to inspire Fuck Yes energy and I love you and see you and honor you in all that you are.
