Fragmented Me: DID dissociative identity disorder
Therapy days
Ughh putting this episode together was...challenging.. Ill be honest I don't know what's in these two recording that are in this podcast and I couldn't get myself to play them back and listen. Each day feels like it's own lifetime and once that day ends it feels uncomfortable looking back at it because it wasn't my day/ lifetime.. in this episode different identities share their experiences with therapy while still process around what comes up after therapy.
