What else would a White Rider drink? BTW, the white Russian was invented in Belgium!
2 parts vodka
1 part Kahlua
1 part heavy cream (or half and half if you are watching your figure)
Mix the vodka and Kahlua in a glass with ice. Gently pour the cream on top for a layered look- but I recommend stirring before your first sip...
