December, 2022 was my last episode #204 here on the podcast called "What I Did This Summer" where I talked about my adventures in the Western USA in the slid-in truck camper I built.
Between work and personal issues, I sort of lost my motivation to be creative in the RPG and gaming space.
Well, I'm back to announce that I've hit the ground running with some new and renewed projects.
I built a slide-in truck camper in the Spring and traveled out West this Summer.
The views and hikes gave me many game ideas and the long drives and time along gave me time to think about them
Today I discuss the rumors about the forthcoming One D&D and its SRD and supposedly not using OGL.

I'm starting a new intermittent series: Bits & Bobs - This & That. The idea is a miscellaneous mish mash of call ins, ideas, and thoughts that haven't evolved enough for a full episode.

I had a great time at Gary Con 14 last week.
It was a great con and this recap is a great way to celebrate my 200th podcast episode!

Please do all you can to spread the word about the need to fix up Gary's Old House. If you can, please donate to the Indiegogo Campaign. Listen to last week's episode on the topic here.
Gary Gygax's old house at 330 Center in Lake Geneva, WI is 100 years old and needs a lot of work. The most immediate concern are two big trees that are causing damage to plumbing, the structure, and a hazard due to falling limbs.
Please do all you can to spread the word. If you can, please donate to the Indiegogo Campaign.
You can read more about playing at Gary's House and staying overnight at the house next door at the Birthplace of DND.

I mention a lot of things, links in the blog post.
With the recent buzz over the release of some videos of various sensor data of Unidentified Aerial Phenomena, the new term for UFO, I decided to explore "What if...." and apply it to the realm of RPGs.

I catch up on the story of the party for the seven sessions that have occured since the last episode.
Session before last was a near TPK, this session was revenge!
Call in from Joe Richter of the Hindsightless podcast.
Today I talk about last Sunday's game when a nightmare riding anti-paladin nearly took out the party.
Cool Fact: My prior episode, #190 - Why Follow Me, And Die? has become my most listened to episode with over 210 listens as I post this episode.

The party decided to deal with the threat to the gnome thief illusionist, and wait for one of the magic users to get his intellect restored before heading towards Cliffcrest.
I also present the world premiere of the new theme song for my blog, by TJ Drennon of Occult Orifice Outrage. Be sure to check out his Patreon.
Here are the lyrics:
Knows how to wield a sword,
Spells arcane and divine
Upon his shield's a wolf
And if you have the time
He's got a mean sales pitch
He even makes it rhyme
And if you need a job
This is his go to line:
Some people wanna die poor,
I can't imagine why,
They say 'once you've bought the farm, There's nothing left to buy.'
But if you want to die rich,
gold coins upon both eyes
Then raise up you long sword,
Follow me, and die.
Yeah, raise up your longsword, follow me, and die.
Today I share what the party did in Haven, now that all the players were present.
I also started a YouTube channel to go along with my new blog, Men's Health In My Perspective.
On the Discord for my Sunday AD&D game on Roll20 my players said how much they liked my game.
