Sooooo I pulled this one out of the vault lol. Typically I record episodes and publish them. I had this one tucked away in the drafts. In the moment I was doubting myself and stressing because I didn't have headphones (sounds silly right). I realized this episode meant a lot to me, I def had to share with the world. Hope you enjoy.

"Long time no hear" . I am back !! This episode is a renewal for this podcast. I started this podcast in January 2022 with no blueprint. I let life guide me, instead of following my calling and intuition. I am reflecting on the blessings I received and getting older. Sometimes we don't realize how covered we are, until those signs appear. So this year will begin with a throwback that sums up the year 2022 for me. Cheers to 2023! Its go , grow and glow sis!
