Chris is the founder of the Diabetes Football Community, a project that provides guidance, support and advice about football for people with diabetes.
He was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in 1999 and has a special interest in using his own experiences to help others with the condition.
Despite the complexities that come with a diabetes diagnosis, Chris became a Wales Futsal International in 2016. He is also an honorary fellow at the University of Worcester.
Chris is hoping to use this podcast to raise awareness of type 1 diabetes in football, especially as Diabetes Awareness Month begins on November 1 and leads up to World Diabetes Day on November 14.
