DETROIT OWNS TAMPA BAY
The Detroit Red Wings and Detroit Lions both beat their Tampa Bay opponents on the same day. Allowing the Lions to move on to the NFC championship game and the Red Wings win allowed them to pull away and, albeit temporarily, move into 3rd in the Atlantic and what that means for both teams and the city of Detroit. Then i discuss Larkins incredible 8 game point streak, Debrincat's scoring slump and how dominant the Rasmussen/Copp/Fischer line has been before moving into my Prospect Report, where i talk about Defenseman Axel Sandin-Pellikka. Finally I get into an interesting question, in where i choose which player from the bottom 5 NHL teams I would grab in a trade if i was able to before getting into my final thoughts on the current state of Detroit Sports.
