Story Transcript:

Cy: Yn nhywyllwch cynnar hydref, lle illw eto’r hen goetir enfawr o’r Bannau Brycheiniog, cerddodd Gareth gyda’i gyfeillion, Eira a Rhys.
En: In the early autumn darkness, where the great old forest of the Bannau Brycheiniog still lay, Gareth walked with his friends, Eira and Rhys.

Cy: Lliwiau’r coed, cochni a rhuddfath, yn cwmpasu popeth o amgylch fel darlun byw.
En: The colors of the trees, crimson and russet, enveloped everything around like a living painting.

Cy: Roedd awyrgylch Samhain yn drwchus, ymwthiol, a'r daith yn un o ymdrech a chwilfrydedd.
En: The atmosphere of Samhain was thick, intrusive, and the journey was one of effort and curiosity.

Cy: Roedd Gareth wedi dechrau’r daith hon i ffindio heddwch ysbrydol.
En: Gareth had embarked on this journey to find spiritual peace.

Cy: Gafaelodd am hen gân, “Daw y nos a’r tân, eto daw addewid.”
En: He grasped an old song, “The night and the fire come, and so does promise.”

Cy: Cafodd ddigon o amser i feddwl yn y gorffennol, a bellach roedd eisiau rhywbeth newydd—dealltwriaeth gynnar, dirder yn troi'n dawelwch.
En: He’d had enough time to dwell in the past, and now he wanted something new—an early understanding, with disquiet turning into calm.

Cy: Wrth iddynt drin llwybrau coetiroedd dwys, roedd Gareth yn teimlo pwysau rhyfedd.
En: As they navigated through the dense forest paths, Gareth felt a strange weight.

Cy: Roedd y dail, yn drwch o dan draed, wedi cuddio araith y llwybrau.
En: The leaves, thick beneath their feet, had hidden the speech of the trails.

Cy: Fel cawod o ddail mewn storm o lygaid, collodd ef ei ffordd.
En: Like a shower of leaves in a storm of eyes, he lost his way.

Cy: Dim llwybr, dim cymorth.
En: No path, no help.

Cy: Yn ei galon, roedd ofn yn pylu, traitredig fel cysgod dan goeden.
En: In his heart, fear was fading, treacherous like a shadow under a tree.

Cy: "Nid yw popeth colledig, Gareth," meddai Eira yn ddifrifol.
En: "Not all is lost, Gareth," said Eira seriously.

Cy: "Gwranda ar yr hyn sy'n galw o ddyfnder."
En: "Listen to what calls from the depths."

Cy: "Dyna'r cyngor," cytunodd Rhys, cynnyrch duwies y goedwig.
En: "That's the advice," agreed Rhys, the product of the forest goddess.

Cy: "Gwranda ar yr afon."
En: "Listen to the river."

Cy: Dywedodd Gareth ddim, ond canolbwyntiodd, rwystro ei ofn a rhoi ei gymlau i’r profiad.
En: Gareth said nothing but focused, blocking his fear and surrendering to the experience.

Cy: O fwy o fwriad, daeth rhyw ddwysder newydd i’w weddill.
En: With more intention, a new intensity came to his senses.

Cy: Gwrandawodd am sain cyfarwydd, ac o’r diwedd, clywodd—hyd o ffynnon oer, neis yn aberth.
En: He listened for a familiar sound, and finally, he heard it—a stretch of cold, refreshing spring water.

Cy: Araf wibiodd drwy dderw a bedwen, nes, yn sydyn, ymdroellodd y coetir tuag at agorfa.
En: Slowly, he wove through oak and birch until, suddenly, the forest veered towards an opening.

Cy: Yno, seafodd ystod syfrdanol o’r ddol ac, yn bell, ffonc y tonnau bach.
En: There stood a stunning view of the meadow and, in the distance, the flicker of small waves.

Cy: Golau addewid fel melfed poeth o’r machlud yn lliwio’r wynt.
En: A light of promise like warm velvet from the sunset colored the wind.

Cy: Daeth heddwch...
