Lt: Kai lapai tyliai nukrisdavo nuo medžių, Eglė jautėsi tarsi jie bylojo jos nerimastį.
En: When the leaves quietly fell from the trees, Eglė felt as if they were speaking of her anxiety.

Lt: Ruduo mokykloje buvo kupinas šurmulio.
En: Autumn at school was full of bustle.

Lt: Visi mokiniai su knygomis skubėjo koridoriais, o po kojomis traškėjo spalvingi lapai.
En: All the students hurried through the hallways with books, while colorful leaves crunched underfoot.

Lt: Šalia šios dinamikos, Eglė jautėsi vieniša.
En: Amidst this dynamic, Eglė felt lonely.

Lt: Ji norėjo tik vieno – laimėti mokslo konkursą, parodyti, kad jos susižavėjimas mokslu yra svarbus.
En: She wanted just one thing — to win the academic competition, to show that her passion for science was important.
