En: In the busy O.R. Tambo Internasionale Lughawe, the air is filled with excitement and a bit of chaos.

Af: Die lente bring 'n varsheid aan die liggies wat deur die groot vensters skyn, en die warmer winde waai vrolik buite die gebou.
En: Spring brings a freshness to the light that shines through the large windows, and the warmer winds blow merrily outside the building.

Af: Johan stap stadig na die bagasiebande, stilweg bly om terug te wees na 'n suksesvolle konferensie.
En: Johan walks slowly to the baggage carousels, quietly happy to be back after a successful conference.

Af: Hy is tevrede, maar iets ontbreek steeds in sy geordende lewe.
En: He is content, but something is still missing in his orderly life.

Af: Aan sy kant, 'n bietjie verder weg, staan Anel energiek uit, haar kamera hang nonchalant om haar nek.
En: Beside him, a bit further away, Anel stands out energetically, her camera hanging nonchalantly around her neck.

Af: Sy is gereed vir haar volgende avontuur, maar aan die binnekant bly daar 'n knaende gevoel van eensaamheid.
En: She is ready for her next adventure, but inside there remains a nagging feeling of loneliness.

Af: Marelize, haar lewenslustige vriendin, het haar vroeër nog moed ingepraat.

En: At the baggage carousels, people edge closer, crane their necks to look for bags and suitcases.

En: Johan and Anel's eyes accidentally meet over the carousel.

En: They smile politely and then return to their own thoughts.

Af: "Is jy hier vir besigheid of plesier?" vra Anel skielik, haar stem helder teen die ruis van die lughawe.
En: "Are you here for business or pleasure?" Anel suddenly asks, her voice clear against the hubbub of the airport.

Af: Johan kyk verbaas, dan glimlag hy.
En: Johan looks surprised, then smiles.

Af: "Besigheid, maar wie weet? Dalk 'n bietjie plesier," antwoord hy en skraap sy moed bymekaar.
En: "Business, but who knows? Maybe a bit of pleasure," he answers, mustering his courage.

Af: Anel lag. "Ek is hier vir my werk. Ek neem foto's van ons verrassende fauna. Dis nogal opwindend."
En: Anel laughs. "I'm here for my work. I take photos of our surprising wildlife. It's quite exciting."

Af: Hulle gesels terwyl hulle wag, Johan vertel van sy werk, hoe dit hom vervul maar soms geïsoleerd laat voel.
