En: The cold air nips at their noses, but their spirits are warm.

Af: Johan kyk na die horison.
En: Johan looks at the horizon.

Af: Sy kop is vol vrae oor sy toekoms.
En: His mind is full of questions about his future.

Af: Marlé stap stadig langs hom, haar gedagtes diep.
En: Marlé walks slowly beside him, her thoughts deep.

Af: Sy is sy anker, altyd kalm en rasioneel.
En: She is his anchor, always calm and rational.
