En: The evening light softly illuminates the grandly decorated hall of Stellenbosch Hoërskool, where the matric dance is in full swing.

Af: Die lug is oorlaai met opgewondenheid en die gedreun van musiek meng met die gelag van die leerders.
En: The air is laden with excitement, and the thrum of music mingles with the laughter of the students.

Af: Langs die mure hang herfskleurige blare, wat die warm atmosfeer komplementeer.
En: Along the walls hang autumn-colored leaves, complementing the warm atmosphere.
