Ar: في يومٍ من أيام الخريف الجميلة، كان المكتب مزدحمًا كعادته في المدينة الكبيرة.
En: On one of the beautiful autumn days, the office was busy as usual in the big city.

Ar: تزينت المكاتب بزخارف هالووين الخفيفة، وكان الموظفون يستمتعون ببهجة العيد، يتبادلون الحلوى ويضحكون على أفكار الأزياء الغريبة.
En: The offices were decorated with light Halloween decorations, and the employees were enjoying the festive spirit, exchanging sweets and laughing at the strange costume ideas.

Ar: يارة، مديرة مبتدئة طموحة، كانت تجلس في مكتبها تشعر بالقلق.
En: Yara, an ambitious junior manager, was sitting in her office feeling anxious.

Ar: كان عليها أن تقود فريقها لتحضير عرض تقديمي مهم.
En: She had to lead her team in preparing an important presentation.

Ar: هذا العرض يمكن أن يغير مسار وظيفتها.
En: This presentation could change the course of her career.

Ar: لكنها كانت تشعر بالرهبة.
En: But she was feeling apprehensive.

Ar: كانت تراقب زميلها طارق، القائد الواثق، ويفكر كيف يمكنه حل أي مشكلة بسهولة.
En: She was observing her colleague Tariq, the confident leader, wondering how he could solve any problem with ease.

Ar: قررت يارة في البداية أن تعتمد على نفسها.
En: Yara initially decided to rely on herself.

Ar: قضت الأيام في التحضير والعصف الذهني.
En: She spent days preparing and brainstorming.

Ar: لكن روح التعاون لم تكن قوية.
En: However, the spirit of collaboration was not strong.

Ar: بدأت شكوكها تتزايد مع اقتراب الموعد النهائي.
En: Her doubts began to increase as the deadline approached.

Ar: كانت تتردد، هل ينبغي أن تطلب المساعدة من طارق؟
En: She hesitated, wondering if she should ask Tariq for help.

Ar: في إحدى ليالي الأثنين، وقبل يومين من العرض، اجتمع الفريق في غرفة الاجتماعات.
En: On one Monday night, just two days before the presentation, the team gathered in the meeting room.

Ar: كان الجو متوترًا، وعندما بدأت يارة بتقديم العرض، بدأت الأخطاء تظهر.
En: The atmosphere was tense, and as Yara began the presentation, mistakes started to appear.

Ar: تلك اللحظة عرفت يارة أنها تحتاج للمساعدة.
En: At that moment, Yara realized she needed help.

Ar: نادت على طارق بهدوء وقالت بهمس: "طارق، هل يمكنك مساعدتي؟"
En: She quietly called Tariq and whispered, "Tariq, can you help me?"

Ar: ابتسم طارق، وعيناه تلمعان بالثقة، وقال: "بالطبع، نحن فريق واحد."
En: Tariq smiled, his eyes shining with confidence, and said, "Of course, we are one team."
