En: On a quiet autumn morning at Burj Khalifa, Zayd entered the glass elevator.

En: His heart was pounding, but he pretended to be calm.

En: He was seeking inspiration to overcome his fear of heights and to prove his worth in the company.

En: With him in the elevator were Amira and Nida.

En: Amira was an employee at the same company, kind and beautiful.

En: As for Nida, she was a university student who came to see the same breathtaking views.

En: The sky was clear, and the golden sunlight filled the elevator with a warm glow.

En: Suddenly, the elevator stopped between floors.

En: Amira felt scared, and Nida began to breathe slowly to control her anxiety.

En: Zayd felt like the walls were closing in on him, but he remembered that he needed to be a leader.

En: "Don't be afraid, everything will be fine," said Zayd calmly.

En: "We need to think calmly."

En: Zayd thought of a plan.

En: He turned to Nida and said, "Can you press the emergency button?"

En: Nida did so, but to no avail.

En: Zayd looked at Amira and said, "We need to try to open the door manually."

En: He took a deep breath and began to open the buttons together.

En: Everyone got excited and began to assist.

En: After a joint effort, they opened the door and were able to safely exit onto the floor.

En: Zayd was smiling with pride, and so were Amira and Nida.

En: Zayd felt strong and reassured.

En: He took an important lesson from this experience.

En: He now knew that courage comes from directly facing fear.

En: When he reached the company, he decided to add this experience to his next project.

En: Zayd found the courage he was looking for and realized he was capable of leadership and change.

En: The day ended safely, but the impact would last long.

En: The elevators at Burj Khalifa...
