Ar: في صباح خريفي هادئ، كانت سميرة تجلس في مكتبها بانشغال في شركة كبيرة في وسط المدينة.
En: On a quiet autumn morning, Samira was sitting busily at her desk in a large company in the city center.

Ar: كان المكتب حديثًا بجدران زجاجية وأضواء متلألئة، ولكنه دائمًا ما يحمل شعورًا بالضغط والإجهاد.
En: The office was modern with glass walls and twinkling lights, but it always carried a feeling of pressure and stress.

Ar: سميرة كانت مديرة مشاريع مجتهدة، ولكنها كانت تواجه تحديًا كبيرًا.
En: Samira was a diligent project manager, but she faced a significant challenge.

Ar: كان الأولاد في المنزل يتحدثون بحماس عن عيد الهالوين ويستعدون لارتداء أزيائهم الجديدة، بينما في الشركة، كان هناك حد زمني لمشروع مهم.

Ar: كان المشروع يحتاج وقتًا عديدًا فوق المكتب، بينما الأطفال يتلهفون للمشاركة في احتفالات الهالوين.
En: The project needed a lot of time in the office, while the kids were eager to participate in Halloween festivities.

Ar: قررت سميرة، بعد الكثير من التفكير، أن تتحدث مع مديرها عن تغيير ساعات عملها بشكل مؤقت.
En: After much thought, Samira decided to talk to her manager about temporarily changing her working hours.

En: On the night of October 31st, Samira faced a tough decision.

Ar: كان عليها الانتهاء من عرض تقديمي قبل الموعد النهائي، لكن أطفالها كانوا ينتظرونها كي يخرجوا لجمع الحلوى في الحي.
En: She had to finish a presentation before the deadline, but her children were waiting for her to go out and collect candy in the neighborhood.

Ar: شعرت بانقسام بين عملها وعائلتها.
En: She felt torn between her work and her family.

Ar: لكن قلبها قال لها إن العائلة تأتي أولاً.
En: But her heart told her that family comes first.

Ar: جمعت الوثائق الأهم في مكتبها بسرعة وكتبت رسالة اعتذار للمدير.
En: She quickly gathered the most important documents in her office and wrote an apology email to her manager.

Ar: ثم توجهت مسرعة للمنزل، حيث احتضنها الأطفال بكل فرح.
En: Then she hurried home, where her children embraced her with joy.
