In this episode Eva and Gaetano will guide you through a very gentle Yin pose bringing the awareness to the Liver energy pathway (or meridian). You will then be guided into a taste of Emotional Freedom Technique practice that will help you shift stagnant energy associated with emotions of frustration and anger.
As instructed in the audio, if at the end of the guided session, you still feel some high intensity emotional charge, make sure you continue with some tapping and/or plenty of movement.
