In this episode, I’ll share a magickal story about a gardener who learns to protect their garden, guide you through a simple ritual to set your energetic boundaries, and leave you with an affirmation to help you maintain your balance throughout the day. Let’s get started with a little self-love and protection.

🌿 Today’s Practice: Ritual to Set Energetic Boundaries

Here’s a simple ritual to help you set loving, protective boundaries for yourself:

  • Choose Your Candle: Select a candle that feels aligned with your intention—white for clarity, blue for calm, or black for protection.

  • Create a Sacred Space: Light the candle and sit in a quiet space where you can focus on the ritual.

  • Visualise Your Energy: Close your eyes and visualise a soft, glowing light surrounding you. This light represents your energy and space.

  • Set Your Intention: Silently or aloud, say: “I honour my energy and protect my peace. I release what no longer serves me and welcome balance and harmony.”

  • Hold the Vision: Imagine a gentle, protective boundary forming around you—strong yet flexible, allowing love and positive energy in while keeping negativity at bay.

This ritual doesn’t have to be long—it’s about taking the time to consciously protect your energy and make space for your own well-being.
