🕯 Today’s Practice: Candle or Journaling Ritual for Manifestation

Here’s how to align your energy with your goals:

  • Choose Your Tool: Decide between a candle or a journal:

Candle: Pick a colour that represents your goal—green for abundance, pink for love, or white for clarity.

Journal: Have your journal ready to write down your thoughts and intentions.

  • Set the Scene: Create a quiet, focused space and take a deep breath to ground yourself.
  • Focus Your Intention: Visualise your goal as if it’s already achieved. Hold that vision as you say: “I align my energy with my highest intentions. I trust the path unfolding before me.”
  • Seal the Energy:

Candle: Let the candle burn for a few minutes, visualising your intention taking root, then extinguish it safely.

Journal: Write down your goal and list three small actions to take towards it. Reflect on how achieving it will make you feel.
