In this episode, I’ll share the story of a river’s renewal to highlight the importance of cleansing, guide you through a simple home-cleansing ritual using salt or herbs, and leave you with an affirmation to anchor this fresh start. Let’s create space for something new and magickal.

🌿 Today’s Practice: Home-Cleansing Ritual

Here’s how to cleanse and refresh your space:

  • Choose Your Tool: Use salt (sea salt, Himalayan salt, or table salt) or cleansing herbs like sage, rosemary, or lavender.
  • Set Your Intention: Before you begin, ground yourself and set a clear intention. Say, “I release the old and welcome new, positive energy into my space.”
  • Cleanse Your Space

Salt: Sprinkle a small amount of salt along doorways, windowsills, and corners. Leave it for a few hours, then sweep or vacuum it up while visualising stagnant energy being removed.
