How to deal with Binge Eating

This episodes of Fitness Mindset podcast I'm taking about one of the most common questions and issues that I've been constantly asked as a fitness coach, all the time. 

-How can someone overcome binge eating!? 

So in this episode I explain: 

- What is Binge eating (according to science) 

- What's triggers you to binge?

- How can you deal with eat (different methods, coping mechanism but most important meaningful understand)

Also at the end I'm making a honorable reference about mindfulness and awareness while explaining the similarities of binge eating with other distraction mechanisms.
