I had the most incredible opportunity to do Hot Yoga at Hot8Yoga in L.A. for 7 days! And boy, did I learn so much about myself and what I learned!! So grateful for the opportunity and for the people that I got to connect with. Exceptional instructors & facility! I highly recommend checking out their welcome week for newbies!
