I have been diagnosed autistic which happened in December, but now I'm in the process of letting it all sink in and being able to express who I am etc..

6 weeks off for the summer has been evenful but when taking the family away, how does it effect the routine and sensory needs of us as a family. This episode is an overview of the things we do and put into place when going on holiday, to make sure the experience is accommodating for us all!
I often get so much negativity when I speak about self diagnosis on social media, but honestly its helped me so much be able to be myself, understand my struggled but overall be the person I want to be!
