In Episode 32, Mel and Fee interview Robyn Wilson who has an amazing story of Gods intervention when she was knocking the door of death. Robyn talks of how angels appeared to her in her time of need and how prayer got her through the sludge. Robyn is also a musician and wrote a song inspired by her experience which has be shared at the end of this Episode called ”Lord over all”.

In the final Finding Gold in the sludge episode for 2024, Mel and Fee reflect on the year that was. Wishing all our listeners a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We will be back in late January 2025.

In Episode 25, Mel and Fee talk with Suzie Botross about her sister Joy who lost her battle with cancer. In her final days Joy set about bringing people to Jesus hoping people around her could find peace in His presence. Suzie is an author and faciliator who is often asked to give keynote speeches on a range of topics including well-being and resilence.

In Episode 24, starts with a number of Golden nuggets from Sarah’s Hope Point to Pinnacle Team before Mel talks with Sarah Kelly after the Point to Pinnacle 20km race in Hobart Tasmania. Sarah joined Mel and Fee in Episode 19 and 20 where she discussed her journey with terminal brain cancer. Sarah’s Hope her social media page (Facebook and Instagram) raised $47,504 in funding for Carrie’s Beanies for Brain Cancer Foundation. What a great achievement and so blessed to have Finding Gold in the sludge join such a great experience, enjoy.

In this episode Mel provides an update on the health of her son after he recently went to Hobart for major surgery. Mel discusses the conversation she had with Bailey (11 years old) about making lemonade out of lemons ... finding the Gold in the sludge. We also hear briefly from Bailey about his experience.

In today’s episode Fee takes some time to have a brief conversation with God. She provides an update on the podcast and talks about the presence of God in the birth of her granddaughter.  This episode was dedicated to Mel and we look forward to being back together for more Finding Gold in the sludge very soon.
