My therapist asked me "leave financials and other people's opinions out of it, what do you want to do with your life?" and I responded with "I want to advocate for those with OCD and the mental health community.". Here we are doing just that. When I was diagnosed with OCD, I went to Instagram to find people who were just like me and then I went over to my Apple Podcast App. The only thing I could find where monotone, textbooky, and scary things about mental health. Nothing from people who were like me. I want to bring light to mental health struggles and let people know they are not alone.
